Paul fixed up the links being weird.  The fonts in the content pane are still a bit small for my liking.

Description:
The fonts appear to change sporadically.  The same is true with links inside the pages.  If you view the latest site http://www.dreamtechengineering:8080/jlcp-web you can see what I mean.  I'm not sure whether its like this in IE.
