In Mozilla, Paul fixed it up so that now at least the top-level Links tab is colored.  Deeper down this is still not fixed, and I have no idea how it even works ;)

Description:
When you drill down into a child category, the Links tab is no longer highlighted.  We need to figure out a way to get this working.  The same probably also holds true for other pages.
