JLCP 0.5.1

Well guys, its that time again (already?)!  The first pt release of JLCP 
0.5 is scheduled for a week from Monday.  This is primarily a bug and 
documentation release so there shouldn't be anything that keeps us from 
missing this release.  The release after that will be an 0.7 release 
with some semblance of security.  Everyone have a safe and happy Easter 
and hop online during this week if you need something to do for 0.5.1.  
Those of you that know what you have to do, let's make this release 
smooth.  On a side note, we've seen a pretty good number of downloads 
for 0.5.0, so that's an improvement.  I have a good feeling about JLCP 
as we get closer and closer to a truly usable form.
