ok, we have radically changed this and it will all be happy when we have the new module loader working. Seems much cleaner and logical to me and makes more sense for when people have to add new modules.

Our www directory has gotten a little out of hand with all the new modules. We need to re-organize things a bit so that all the admin pages are in one place, all the blocks in another, and possibly get rid of the tile-components directory.
