Description:
I have an Emoticon filter that should work (just need some images). Still need to figure out where to store the config file. I can store it in the jar file where it will be accessible by the FilterManager class without the need for a ServletContext, or we can move it out to a separate jlcp.home directory where we store properties and configuration. This may actually be the best bet.

Description:
Perhaps not completely ready by 0.2.0, but it would be nice to be able to define a set of filters for a forum that are executed for each message when that message is viewed. This is something that Jive has that I think is exteremly useful. It allows an easy way to replace standard text emoticons with images, replace bad words, wrap long lines, and link http://whatever.com into an HTML link.
