the time displayed in the default themes now shows the timezone.  We needed to add 'zzzz' to the pattern.  I also set locale=true on the taglib, so it should read the locale from the client (browser) and adjust the date formatting.  The timezone will not display your timezone yet, but will still show the server time.  At least now you know what timezone the server is in :)
