Description:
The Jakarta display tags allow us to do automatic paging and sorting of collections and display them in nice table form.  This is perfect for certain views of forums and messaging folders. It shouldn't be that hard to convert, but I'm placing it on 1.0 since we have too much else to do for 0.9
