Getting all actions in a module

Paul,
Is there a way to get a collection of all the actions in a Module? =
This would include things that aren't in the submenu. Also, would it be =
possible to perhaps add an rss attribute to the action. SO that we =
could store whether someone should be able to generate rss from this =
action? For example, you may want to get RSS from a list of forums or =
RSS from a list of threads in a forum, but not from a list of watches. =
Same thing with RSS of a list of links, but not from the add link =
action. Does this make any sense to anyone? :)
