Release jboss-3.2.1-jetty-4.2.18.sar

Jetty 4.2.18 has been packaged a JBoss 3.2.1 sar and is available
via http://jetty.mortbay.com

Since JBoss 3.2.1 was released with Jetty 4.2.10pre1. Since
that time there have been many improvements and some minor security
fixes (JSP source visibility).

For users that cannot upgrade JBoss to a more recent 3.2.2 or 3.2.3,
this sar can be used to replace jbossweb-jetty.sar
