Change of license for Jetty5?

I would like to consider changing the license for Jetty5 from
the artistic license to the apache 2.0 license:

   FROM http://jetty.mortbay.org/jetty/LICENSE.html
   TO   http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html

This is a more modern license, written in clearer terms that will
be more widely understood and accepted than the artistic license.

I do not think that there are any additional ristrictions added to the
license other than the patent restrictions (which i think are good
and protect contributors from the increasing chance of patent suits).

I'll be contacting as many of the contributors as possible for a
definite yes/no to this change.

If there are good reasons that people really want the artistic
license, then we can consider dual licensing.  If there is REAL objections
than we can leave it as it is.

Note that the apache 2.0 license IS NOT AN ASSIGNMENT OF COPYRIGHT, like
the apache 1.0 license.  Copyrights will remain as they are today.
