Hiya, How do you load the movies? Action script? I would suggest using the insert symbol to show bits you need or placing each part in separate movies and then as Damien suggested loading them just before you show them. I'm not sure why your indivual movies are the same size. If you're not showing somthing it should reduce the size of the download. We work on the basis that any movie over 8KB to 10KB is too big.
