[rfe][container] altrmi integration

A ComponentAdapter should be written which retrieves components from a 
remote Resolver/ServiceManager/other things via AltRMI. In addition, 
make it trivial to look up something like a fortress container instance 
or service manager and use that (provide some sort of useful helper).
