Folks, One of my users continually tells me that the system is changing his filter display on him. I tried explaining the three layer defaulting applied to stored filters, and she indicated that she understands what was happening. Then, in the next breath I am again asked why the filter columns changed from what she saw yesterday. What I saw on the screen didn't indicate that she was using the filter I built and saved, although the issues displayed were as expected, so I'm not exactly certain what happened. That said, she then went to her favorites and re-loaded the stored filter, with the predictable result (the data were as expected, all columns were present, the columns were in the correct order). Of course she did nothing different, and the columns just changed back, so she's all smiles, but angry about my wasting a half hour of her time. Do any of you have a clue about what she might have done to kick JIRA into displaying her default filter columns, rather than the ones saved with the query? Would this happen, if she just selected the "Edit" tab of the filter screen?
