If they share the filter you can see it, but you won't be able to fix it.

Subject: [JIRA-user] Administrative View of Users' Default Filter Columns

Folks,

I've got a small problem, in that a few of my users have fouled up their default filter columns, thinking that they were changing some standard queries.

As we are all aware of the standard answer to "What did you change?", I am, of course blamed for the "failures" of the tool.

I was hoping to be able to look at what my users have changed their filter columns to, without having to force entry to their accounts, so I can do my diagnostics and be able to communicate clearly when they call demanding help.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott
