As we are all aware of the standard answer to "What did you change?", I am, of course blamed for the "failures" of the tool. I was hoping to be able to look at what my users have changed their filter columns to, without having to force entry to their accounts, so I can do my diagnostics and be able to communicate clearly when they call demanding help. Any feedback is appreciated.
