Er, the fact that I didn't post any suggested plugins on my first post should have answered that question. Jira is not a blogging tool. You can use it for blogging - I'd think of setting it up with a "blog" project and having one issue per blog, with just the summary and description fields active. You then get all the comment functionality popular with most bloggers, with all the advantages of links and tracking which is very helpful for discussions within an organisation.
