For the missing field. # What type of field is it # Does the field have at least one record in your data set # Which excel export are you using? Full or Current fields? Secondly, formatting - no, you can't customise it without changing the code. The reason the data comes out in seconds is that it's the lowest common denominator - if it came out in minutes or hours, some people would lose information (yes, I do have projects that track things in seconds, and it is important).
