unable to open jira (HTTP 404 error)

when i m trying to rstart my system and try to open jira application it shows HTTP Status 404 -

type Status report

description The requested resource () is not available.

Apache Tomcat/6.0.32

I have restart the services of Atlassian even then i could not able to start my application 
please help me out
