Select Custome field options

As of my requirement.If select custome field i need to get all the custome filed option for that perticular Custome filed.

Example:Department1,Department2... This are selectList custome fields.

If I select Department1 I need to get all the filed option for that Department custome field.It should happen dynamically.

same If I select Department2 same as above.

How I can do this please provide code snipts for this(In velocityFactory class)

For the referce i have attached screen shot.
