JIRA at my company was recently upgraded to JIRA 4.2.2 this past weekend. When I went to log into it afterwards, one of my text boxes now gives me: "Request Entity Too Large" Looking at the entire HTML message I see: The requested resource
/jira9/plugins/servlet/gadgets/ifr
does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit. I know this means that the contents of my box are larger than is supported. 1.) Would it make sense that when saving, an error pops up saying 'character limit exceeded' 2.) I can't edit the text box, only delete it. Now all of my information appears to be lost. Config: Server - Apache/2.0.52 (Red Hat) mod_jk/1.2.23 mod_ssl/2.0.52 OpenSSL/0.9.7a Browser - Firefox 5.0 on WIN/XP ANY help is appreciated as my company's support doesn't seem to understand the concept of what I am asking. -- Post by pbrazina - online at: http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?forumID=46&threadID=55099 _______________________________________________ Jira-user mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe or change your options visit this page: http://lists.atlassian.com/mailman/listinfo/jira-user
