Move of many issues (Merging two projects)

I need to merge two projcts. For this reason I have to move a lot of issues from one project into an other. To do that, I am using the bulk tool inside Jira. I found two problems and I need a solution for these: 1. It is very, very slow 2. I am not able to move closed issue using the bulk tool. But it is possible to move close issues, issue by issue manually Is there another way to move issues, maybe using jelly?
