Jira 3.13 : Add Sub-task screen in main issue view screen

Good day,

I have been searching for hours and can't find the answer to this question.  Is it possible to configure the "Add Sub-task" screen visible in the parent issue's view screen?  I would like to data entry add fields to the screen.  By the way, I'm using Jira 3.13.
