The mail 'FROM' does not match a valid user

I have a strange problem with my Jira.
We have about 700 users and *ONE* user can not add comments via mail to issues. In my logfiles, I have following errors:
"The mail 'FROM' does not match a valid user"
"This user is not in jira so can not add a comment: Franco...."
The user is definitly registered and is logged in, when he she answers to my Jira mails.
User-setup was performed by LDAP

Anybody an idea
