How to find issuethat increase 'Estimate Accuracy' in specified time period

Hi.
I have following situation. From time to time on our Hour Burndown Chart  'Estimate Accuracy' is increasing  more than I expect. I would like to find all issues that are responsible for such situation, it means that I would like to find all issues in specified time period where:
 orginal estimate was increased OR
 remaining time was increased OR 
 new issues was created and orginal est. or remaining time was set
