Open Issue

The following issue is listed on the Source Forge bug list for JPublish:

Can anyone tell me of any problems they are having related to localized 
message problems in the most recent beta release of JPublish?  I would 
really like to put out the final release, but at the same time I would 
like to make sure that there are no major problems which I am overlooking.
