JPublish 3.0a2 Released

I have released an alpha version of JPublish 3 for public review.  JPublish 3.0 represents a significant amount of development to incorporate what has been learned from JPublish 1.x and 2.x.  Parts of JPublish 3.0 will not be backwards compatible with JPublish 1.x and 2.x.  Specifically the Action interface has changed (if you are writing actions in Java this will affect you) and the jpublish.xml configuration has changed.
