JPublish 2 with Velocity

Hello,

Sorry if this question is off topic here, but I did not find any help in the
Velocity mailing list archives.

I am trying to use the Velocity #parse directive to inlcude some Macroes
into my JPublish .html pages.  The Velocity docs mention that the file path
target must be relative to TEMPLATE_ROOT.  However, I can not figure out
where TEMPLATE_ROOT is, for JPublish.

I also tried placing my macroes in VM_global_library.vm , but was
unsuccessful.
