Do anyone has been able to deploy a jpublish app on jboss-3.2.1

I'm using jpublish with Velocity-Beanshell.
I can deploy and run my app with no prob on JBoss-3.0.4.
But I can't on JBoss-3.2.1, because any of my beanshell script cannot
find any of my application class, so I suspect this problem is caused by
the JBoss classloader.
After some investigation, I found that jboss-3.2.1/server/default/lib/
directory contains bsh-core.jar and bsh-deployer.jar. Im wondering if
this cause a conflict with the bsh.jar file included in my app .war
file?
What is the guide line for deploying jpublish app on jboss-3.2.x?
