I've got a project set up in JPublish in the traditional way, by adding a templates, HTML snippets, and some BeanShells to the "JPublish empty" expanded war file. I've got an HTML snippet for the page header, but very the first time I access the page in Tomcat 5.0.24, the image is unavailable. After I click around, the image is there from then on. I'd like to know why it doesn't appear upon first access, and if there's anything I can do to fix that. One more thing... One of my pages reads values from the request. I have a test form that sets the values in the request and POSTs them to the page which calls the request parameter-reading BeanShell file. The first time it is accessed, the values are not read. Upon subsequent accesses from the same browser window, it works fine. So this problem is sort of like the image problem. Thanks for any help you can offer. P.S. I'm viewing the page inside an IE6 browser.
