on the JSPWiki.org web site, if a page has attachments associated with it, at 
the bottom of the page there is  list of the attachments, with a link to it, so 
that the user doesn't have to click on attachments and get it from there.

I couldn't find an option/plugin for doing that, but with some digging around I 
found these wiki tags, which i presume I place into template files.

I think its a cool idea and would like to add it to my wiki, just wanted to 
make sure I was barking up the right tree
