Re: Default Template discussion

I was wondering how hard it would be to provide the quick access tool bar to be 
a floating toolbar, sometimes I have long pages of information and in the 
middle of the page i want to edit/add attachment or add a comment.  If the tool 
bar float in the top right hand corner (configurable) that would be handy. Or 
if it needs to be attached to the page, what about capturing right hand mouse 
clicks and bring up a menu with options

One other point, I use multi media wiki at work (not my choice), it has a nice 
feature that might be nice to have here.  It lets you edit subsections of a 
page - usually defined by heading level - so that you only see that part of the 
page in the editor - again on long pages this is very help full
