Sorry, I meant one or the other. You ever visited one of those web sites, were the menu on the left hand side is in a floating windows and it always stays in a certain position. I do a lot of web browsing with just my mouse (thanks to the wheel), it is an annoyance to have to come to the key board to got to home just so I can click edit.
