Update to Edit Help

Hi

I think there needs to be an update to the edit help page.  I have logged a bug 
request in regards to a problem I was having with commentboxes and tabbed 
sections.

Dirk show me this consctruct

Which after some search I was able to locate a bit of doco on the site.  But I 
think the edit page (the default one) is probably a bit out of date.

maybe a link to jspwiki.org might be helpful to keep it up to date ???
