Still not coming.

I didn't check the config, but my guess is that it's because you're  
posting to the -users list, which rips off certain attachment types  
(and your software is using some strange MIME type for the  
attachments).  This is a development matter, so your mails should  
really go to the -dev list...  Which is more lenient towards  
attachments.
