ARGHHH. Now I'm embarrased. I turned on DEBUG and restarted JSPWiki from
the Tomcat manager page, then tried an upload. AND IT WOKRED!

So I turned off DEBUG, restarted, and tried again. STILL WORKED! Different
file.
Looks like all I needed was a restart, for whatever reason. Just to be safe,
I also
tried stopping and restarting Tomcat. Still works. Then I tried undeploying
and
redeploying JSPWiki. Still works. I have no idea what could have been wrong
before. Sorry for bothering the list.
