Skins for 2.5.139 - broken?

Hi everybody,

I tried to adapt the default 2.5.139 skin. Contrary to the
documentation you have to include all skin files in the new skin
directory, else JSPWiki complains of missing includes.

Has anybody else tried to adapt the default skin?
