Debugging a WebObjects Application

Hi folks

I'm pretty new to JSwat and would like to know if anybody has ever tried 
to debug a WebObjects application.
If so, how is it done?

- jdk 1.3.1_06
- WebObjects 5.2
- JSwat 1.7
