Right, the dialog is accessible from Session > Start (or the toolbar 
button that looks like a green arrow pointing to the right). Chances are 
an exception is occurring somewhere, so the dialog is not appearing. If 
you could send me the messages.log file in ~/.jswat/var/log that would 
be very helpful.

And, while it may not make a difference, try the latest (3.12) version.
