Indeed. I bet the "license management" aspect, the piece I worked on for
3y, can be decentralized yet run w/in trusted semantics (eg credentialed
groups). With this, one can likely leverage existing LM libs yet the
deployment/runtime model is vastly different, more scale, etc.
