I am running JXTA on two peers on the same PC using different port addresses

I have created a group using newpgrp on peer1

The groups command run on peer1 finds the new group

The groups command run on peer2 will not find the new group

The peers command run on peer1 finds peer2

The peers command run on peer2 does not find peer1 

Can anyone help?
