Will be interested to look at the latency measurements you are seeing, also what version of
JXME are you using (proxy or proxyless)? In addition to the previous response,  there are a
number of parameters than can be optimized for highly mobile edge peers (relay queue lease time,
pooling frequency, and endpoint router route recovery) that will help speed up recovery time.
Also make sure all your tests use the same configuration. JXME is likely to use
the same peer as RDV/Relay, where the other implementations will have the tendency to
use two separated peers that will add some extra recovery time.
