[JXTA discuss] JXTA Routing

1) The functionality that I am thinking of adding in the JXTA routing algorithm is:

A multihomed peer can send/receive a message through choosing an IP address from the available ones. The choosing method would be based on some custom advertisement metadata.

In order to implement this kind of functionality should I rely on the JXTA Endpoint Routing Protocol, meaning creating a protocol on a higher-level or is it a functionality to be incorporated in ERP?

2) In a previous post with hamada there was a discussion about updating the peer advertisement as soon as there is an IP change. I would like to know the status of that addition and how I can contribute.
