Joining group as Rendezvous

Hi all,

when using a shell to join a group my peer's status changes from configuration
"rendezvous" to "edge" although I started the shell as rdv. This may be
reasonable as a peer should not act as rdv in many different groups. But how
_do_ I achieve that my shell acts as rdv in a certain group I just had joined?
