Is possible to create to a OutputPipe direct a peer?

I´m 2.3.3 and i would like know if is possible to create to a OutputPipe direct a peer?
I trying and a exception is created "Output Pipe could not be resolved after 6000"
Vector peers= new Vector(1);
OutputPipe op = null;
peers.add(idPeer);
System.out.println("Waiting....");
op=pipe.createOutputPipe(pipeAdv2,peers.elements(),6000);
My peers was idpeer has this code : urn:jxta:uuid-59616261646162614A7874615032503378FBF1C79DDF40E7AB37A0E9A17D106B03 ad was created in this mode, where i sent the uid with a element string from message...
