Cool....one less problem :-)

The keel:maven not being found is a weird problem we have been running 
into on Keel/Maven/windows (looks like Maven-1.1 will fix this, see the 
third item in the 1.1 notes: 
http://maven.apache.org/changes-report.html).  It only happens once 
after a new version of the plugin is installed.  Delete the 
$MAVEN_REPO/../cache/goals.cache (or *.cache, or the entire cache 
directory), and try again.
