[ANN] keel-core 4.0

The keel team is pleased to announce the Keel Core 4.0 release! 

This project contains all of the "core" Keel service interfaces, but
none of 
the actual implementations. The interfaces here are the ones that should
be 
used by your application logic. This module is required. 

Changes in this version include:

  New Features:

o Move container utility classes into this project out of keel-container
to 
  reduce dependencies on keel-container. 

  Fixed bugs:

o Cleanup Eclipse warnings/deprecated API calls 
o Another pass at dependency cleanup, and updated
keel.client/keel.server 
  properties 
o First pass at proper keel.server, keel.client, war.bundle and
uber.skip 
  properties 
o Updated maven.test.dest property in build.xml 
o Updated resource declarations in project.xml 
o Removed unnecessary conf, resource, doc and README files 
o Removed old Ant files where necessary
