[ANN] keel-common 3.0

The keel team is pleased to announce the Keel Common 3.0 release! 

This project contains classes that are used on both the "client" and
"server" 
sides of Keel. Keel is designed to be able to be distributed as a grid
or 
cluster, and even in a single-VM deployment uses seperate classloaders
to keep 
the client and server-side classes isolated. This module is required. 

Changes in this version include:

  New Features:

o Add new methods for persistent attribute (cookies in webapp case) 
o NestedException class moved to keel-core, ClientNestedException
created for 
  client-side nested exceptions. This reduces dependency on keel-common
for 
  modules that only needed NestedException. 

  Fixed bugs:

o Cleanup Eclipse warnings 
o Remove Xerces and/or Xalan dependency, use XMLDocumentSerializer in 
  keel-common 
o Another pass at dependency cleanup, and updated
keel.client/keel.server 
  properties 
o First pass at proper keel.server, keel.client, war.bundle and
uber.skip 
  properties 
o Updated maven.test.dest property in build.xml 
o Updated resource declarations in project.xml 
o Removed unnecessary conf, resource, doc and README files 
o Removed old Ant files where necessary
