Problems on Wiki page

I've run into problems on
http://66.105.113.115/vqwiki-2.3.5/jsp/Wiki?HookingUpYourOwnSubsystemToK
eel.  I'm not even sure it's still a valid page.  Assuming it is, it
seems to be outdated.  I made a few changes, attempting to make it match
reality, but I am still stuck.

If you find the line "Cross your fingers, pray, and start the build!" I
am having trouble with the bullet just above that line.  My problem may
also be with the bullet above that one, because I'm not really sure I
did that step quite right.  It's a little vague.

Anyway, can you help me get this part working?  I got the following
partial output from ant assemble-deploy:

Here's what I have in local.xml:

I get the feeling that the project element's name attribute should be
local, but I'm not sure.  Changing it to local doesn't fix the build.

And here are the two lines I added/changed in
dprop\local-deploy.properties:

custom.file=${keel-build}/local.xml
app.lee=true


I hope you don't mind the couple of minor changes I made.
