-Xms option for appletviewer and plug-in

Hi,

I downloaded the 1.4.2 Java SDK today, and I couldn't get it to work 
unless I used the "-Xms..." option with small heap sizes. The problem 
is, this option doesn't appear to work with "appletviewer", and I have 
no idea what to do about the Java plug-in (the plug-in control panel 
might have an option for this, but it requires appletviewer to run). 
Does any one have any tips?
