Aspectifying Luxor XUL

Hello all,

How would the team feel if I started refactoring crosscutting concerns
using AspectJ?  

This would put a build dependency on the ajc compiler and a build and
runtime dependency on aspectjrt.jar (29k).  I understand that the
biggest dependency is on developers feeling comfortable with this new
approach.
