However, B could ask for a price quote to either you
or client A for that particular piece of code (note:
price quote may be equal to 0). But since you should
definitly be better at IT consulting than client A
(otherwise A wouldn't need you), B should definitly go
toward you ;-)

Moreover, I think licencing is becoming too complex.
Sticking to GPL is easier and is less costly (we don't
have enough money to waste for paying licence lawyer
fees).
